The Corn Maze

I went to a corn maze with the rest of Den 13. First, Matthew, Elias, the other Cole and I went into a very small peapod maze. In fact, it was so small you could jump through the maze easily. There were also some tires about up to a five year old's height. We lifted them up, but then one of the moms told us to stop. Then we were given directions for the corn maze. I didn't quite hear what she said. So I asked Daddy what the directions were. He said that the directions were to hole punch the numbers on a sheet of paper as we went through the corn maze. So then we went into the first set of the corn maze. The first place we got to was 11, so we hole punched 11. Then we found a five year old boy who was lost. He couldn't find his mom. Then he went with us some of the way.

Then we found 9, at least I think. Then we found 7. Then we found 10. And this is when the little boy found his mommy! Then we found 11 again! So then we used the map on our sheet of paper and I led the way using the map. And then I found 12. Then we exited the first section of the corn maze.

But Noel quit because his feet hurt. So then we went into the second section. In the second section, we found a bridge so we went up the bridge and saw the entire corn maze!! So then we looked at the map. We split into groups because some of us found number 6, but some of them didn't because we had already split up. Our group had only number 4 to go. This time, Daddy found number 4 using the map. This was the first time Daddy really understood the map. Then we exited this section before the other group. Some people had already finished earlier. Then we went to play in the peapod maze again.

It was a really good trip to the corn maze.
