Cole's birthday party

As we had hoped for, we had great weather last Saturday... perfect for Cole's special day. 18 kids attended Cole's 8th birthday party and we had a LOT of fun! Some of the parents stayed and they were awesome... helped with the party and the kids.
We hired a bouncy house for the event... between that and the swing set and the games Tom organized for the kids, the kids had a great time. A couple of kids got booboos and they took turns with the frozen veggies for their booboos. It was pretty funny.
Thank you to all of you kids who made Cole's birthday a very memorable one and to the parents who helped out with the whole event.
Here are some photos from the party... Click on any photo to view in larger format.

Here's the youngest guest, Smith.

This wasn't as easy to shoot as I thought... Tom and Kristy took shots of me with my head, shoulders and arms poking inside the entrance to the bouncy house while the rest of me was hanging out. Those will NOT be posted here. :)

3 little cuties down the slide.

Kids taking a breather from the bouncy house.

Pizza time!

Ella Rose and Carly dancing the "Wave"...

I wish I could remember who or what put this look on Cole and Andy's faces.

More pizza-eating shots...

Thumb-wrestling while eating pizza...

Then moved on to arm wrestling... WHILE eating pizza.

... with Allen above, then Dylan below.

Then it's time for Limbo Rock! Here's Tom showing the kids how it's done.

Oh dear! (lol)

Here are the kids Limbo Rockin'!

Hey, Owen! Is this legal Limbo-ing?

Here's the little Limbo Princess... who won 2 popsicles!

Ok, now everyone wants ice cream!

... right before birthday cake!! Now, whose idea was that?

Happy Birthday, Coley!

The last activity was the Egg Run.

Great job, Pam!

I'm sorry if I didn't get to take individual pictures of all the kids... they were too busy having fun. Hope you all had as much fun as we did! Thanks for making Cole's special day a very happy and memorable one! Cole loves all the presents he got... but not as much as the time spent with all his friends. Thank you all for coming!
