Christmas Eve at Home

We have been counting down the days to Christmas since Thanksgiving!  We have been away the last few Christmases and it's nice to be home for a change.  Cole was so excited about the prospect of seeing Santa that he asked Tom to camp by the Christmas tree... just in case we get lucky enough to see Santa when he gets here.  :)

Here are some carrots, which Cole laid out by the front door for the reindeer.  Notice the reindeer Christmas sprinkles on the carrots... that's Cole's touch.

Here's Cole ready for bed... right before he took the carrots out front.

... and here's where Cole set up the tent with Tom so he can be nearby... just in case he hears Santa when he gets here.
